Flex Health Professionals is a recognised DVA chiropractic clinic, meaning visits are fully covered with an eligible DVA referral from your GP and valid DVA card.
Follow-up with your GP first, and if appropriate, they will organise a referral for you to come to the clinic for chiropractic treatment. Make sure you bring your referral and DVA card with you to your first appointment with us, along with any previous x-ray or scan results, specialist letters/reports, etc.
Prior to your first appointment, there is an intake form that will be sent to you electronically, or if you prefer, arrive 15mins prior to your first appointment to complete a paper form in the clinic.
