What is Exercise Rehabilitation?
Every person’s biomechanics and movement patterns are slightly different, and all sports and work require different skills and muscle activation.
Our onsite chiropractor is university-trained in identifying current and potential issues with the way you move, and tailoring an exercise program to strengthen appropriate muscles and movement patterns. Particularly in the case of repetitive strain or recurrent problems, a tailored program of rehabilitation exercises will allow you to correct the underlying cause of your pain.
Exercise rehabilitation sessions at the clinic will generally be booked as a long consultation (30min), and will be carefully scheduled with your other appointments at the clinic.
